Terms of Service

  1. Agreement to Terms
    By accessing or using https://listinghop.com (“ListingHop”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), purchasing a Seller Wallet Package, or using our Marketplace Seller Playbooks, compatibility scanners, SMS verification tools, private email inboxes, or dedicated number rentals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Wallet Hold Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
  2. Description of Services
    ListingHop provides two categories of digital services for legitimate classifieds and peer-to-peer marketplace sellers:
    (a) Editorial Marketplace Seller Playbooks & Diagnostic Tools: Research guides, title optimization formulas, visibility calculators, and weekly cached carrier compatibility scanners across 28 classifieds and resale platforms.
    (b) Pay-Per-Use Seller Wallet Utilities: On-demand access to one-time SMS verification numbers, repeat SMS requests on active sessions, temporary private marketplace email inboxes (7-day and 30-day), and dedicated mobile number rentals (7-day and 30-day) powered by third-party telecommunications suppliers.

ListingHop is an independent software and research provider. We are not affiliated with any third-party classifieds or resale marketplace, and we do not sell, broker, or transfer marketplace user accounts.

  1. Account Registration & Security
    To purchase a Seller Wallet Package or use wallet-funded utilities, you must provide a valid, verifiable email address that you own and control. We use secure passwordless magic-link authentication and standard WordPress/WooCommerce session controls to bind your wallet balance to your verified account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email inbox and account session. Administrator and staff accounts are prohibited from purchasing customer wallet packages.
  2. Seller Wallet Packages, Pricing & Stripe-Only Checkout
    (a) One-Time Packages: ListingHop offers three one-time Seller Wallet Packages:
  • Starter Seller Pack ($9.95 USD): Grants $10.00 in Seller Wallet Credit and unlocks the selected Marketplace Seller Playbook.
  • Multi-Platform Growth Pack ($19.95 USD): Grants $22.00 in Seller Wallet Credit ($20.00 base + $2.00 bonus) and unlocks all 28 Marketplace Seller Playbooks.
  • Dedicated Rental Line Pack ($29.95 USD): Grants $35.00 in Seller Wallet Credit ($30.00 base + $5.00 bonus), unlocks the Dedicated Number Rental tab, and unlocks all 28 Marketplace Seller Playbooks.
    (b) Payment Processing: All wallet package purchases are processed in USD exclusively through verified official Stripe payment methods. Promotional coupons, unauthorized payment gateways, or underpaid orders are automatically rejected and do not grant wallet credits or guide entitlements.
    (c) No Recurring Subscriptions: Package purchases are single, one-time transactions. We never bill your payment method on a recurring monthly or annual cycle.
    (d) Guide Access Rule: Unlocked Marketplace Seller Playbooks remain accessible as long as your Seller Wallet holds a positive available balance ($0.01 or greater) or you have an active, unexpired email inbox or dedicated number rental session.
  1. Pay-Per-Use Wallet Deductions & Telecom Availability
    Wallet credits are deducted in USD according to the fixed schedule displayed on our Pricing Page at the time you initiate an action. Upstream carrier stock, SMS delivery times, and number availability depend on real-time third-party mobile network conditions. ListingHop does not guarantee that a specific third-party marketplace will accept any particular phone number or email address, nor do we guarantee a fixed number of repeat SMS messages on a single activation order.
  2. Acceptable Use & Anti-Abuse Limits
    Your use of ListingHop is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use ListingHop for ban evasion, multi-account fraud, phishing, spam, or unlawful activity. To protect shared telecom infrastructure, ListingHop enforces automated rate limits and concurrency caps, including a maximum of 3 concurrent active SMS verifications and an automatic 60-minute cooldown if an account allocates and abandons 7 consecutive verification numbers within a 60-minute window without receiving an SMS code.
  3. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
    ListingHop provides its research guides, compatibility scanners, and telecommunications tools on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party marketplaces, including listing moderation delays, account suspensions, or policy changes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ListingHop’s total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the service is limited to the total amount you paid to ListingHop in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  4. Changes to These Terms & Contact
