When you confirm an activation number or repeat SMS, the exact confirmed amount (from $3.00 for standard SMS, or $3.00 for repeat SMS) moves from your available balance to a temporary hold.

Your hold is finalized (captured) only when the upstream carrier delivers a valid verification code or provisions your requested rental line.
100% Hold Return on Timeout
If an activation expires without receiving an SMS, or you cancel an unused activation before any SMS arrives, 100% of the held funds return to your available wallet balance.

Are wallet packages a recurring subscription?
No. Every ListingHop package ($9.95, $19.95, and $29.95) is a single one-time purchase processed through Stripe. We never store your card for automatic recurring billing.
What happens if I need a second SMS on the same activation number?
While your activation session is still open with the carrier, you can request a repeat SMS on the same number for $3.00. You will always see an explicit price confirmation prompt before a hold is placed, and if no second SMS arrives before the session expires, the $3.00 hold is released back to your wallet.
Why is there a fair-use limit on cancelling unused numbers?
Cancelling or timing out an activation before an SMS arrives is free and returns your confirmed hold (from $3.00) in full. To protect shared carrier SIM pools from automated cycling abuse, accounts that allocate and abandon 7 consecutive numbers within 60 minutes without receiving a code enter a temporary 60-minute cooldown before allocating new numbers.
