  1. Overview
    ListingHop (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and designs its software to minimize the collection and retention of sensitive data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit https://listinghop.com, how we use and protect that information, and your data protection rights.
  2. Information We Collect
    We collect only the minimum data required to operate your Seller Wallet, deliver verification and rental services, and prevent payment fraud:
    (a) Account & Checkout Data: Your billing email address, name, billing country, WooCommerce order history, and Stripe payment transaction identifiers (such as PaymentIntent and Charge IDs). We never see or store your raw credit card number; all card details are handled directly by Stripe.
    (b) Wallet & Usage Ledger Data: Your wallet balance, hold/capture/release ledger entries, selected marketplace slug, dialing country code, allocated phone number or private inbox address, and order lifecycle status.
    (c) Security & Rate-Limiting Telemetry: Hashed IP addresses, user-agent strings, request timestamps, and rate-limit counters used to protect our endpoints against automated scraping, credential stuffing, and number-cycling abuse.
  3. How We Handle Verification Codes, SMS Messages & API Logs
    We enforce strict technical safeguards in our codebase to protect your verification traffic:
    (a) Automatic Log Redaction: Our internal API diagnostic logs automatically redact API keys, authentication tokens, cookies, one-time passwords (OTPs), SMS message bodies, and email verification links before log entries are written to our database.
    (b) Short-Term Display Only: Incoming SMS codes, full SMS text messages, and private inbox verification emails are displayed to you inside your authenticated dashboard during your active session so you can complete your legitimate verification. Administrator diagnostic tools mask phone numbers and email targets and never expose your OTP codes to staff.
    (c) Operational Log Retention: Internal API diagnostic logs and security audit events are retained for a rolling 30-day window for troubleshooting and financial reconciliation, after which they are automatically pruned.
  4. How We Use Your Information
    We use your information strictly to:
  • Process your WooCommerce orders and credit your Seller Wallet upon verified Stripe payment confirmation.
  • Allocate and reconcile SMS verifications, repeat SMS requests, private email inboxes, and dedicated number rentals.
  • Automatically release held wallet funds when an activation times out or is cancelled before an SMS code arrives.
  • Detect and prevent payment abuse, duplicate transaction claims, and automated number-hoarding.
  • Send transactional emails (such as passwordless sign-in links, order confirmations, and support replies). We do not send unsolicited marketing spam or sell your personal data to third parties.
  1. Third-Party Service Providers
    We share data only with essential infrastructure partners required to deliver the service:
  • Stripe: Processes card and digital wallet payments, refunds, and dispute notifications.
  • Upstream Telecommunications & Inbox Providers: Receives only the target service code, country code, and operator code needed to allocate a temporary phone number or private email inbox (never your name, email address, or payment details).
  • Hosting & Security Infrastructure: Provides encrypted database storage and TLS transport.
  1. Cookies & Session Storage
    ListingHop uses essential first-party cookies (including standard WordPress authentication cookies, WooCommerce cart/session cookies, and a short-lived browser checkout claim cookie) to keep you signed in and ensure your purchased wallet credits are linked to your account immediately after checkout.
  2. Your Data Rights (GDPR & Global Privacy Rights)
    Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request export of your wallet ledger history, or request deletion of your account (subject to mandatory financial and tax record-keeping obligations for completed WooCommerce orders).
